Golper Lorai Refund Policy

At Golper Lorai, we occasionally organize paid competitions that require an entry fee. To ensure fairness and transparency, we’ve outlined our refund process below.

1. Refund Window

• Refund requests must be made within 72 hours (3 days) of payment.
• After 72 hours, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at golperlorai.com@gmail.com. Include your full name, email address, payment proof, and reason for the request. We will review the request and respond within 5 business days.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable if:

• You paid for a competition that has not yet started.
• You have not submitted your story.
• The refund request is made within the 3-day window.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not issue refunds if:

• The competition has already started.
• You have already submitted your story.
• The request was made after 72 hours of payment.

5. Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.
• Refunds are sent back through the original payment method.
